With our 107th Annual Meeting just months away, it’s time to reserve your room for the event, which will be held April 2–4, 2026, in San Marcos. We’ve met in the city three times, the first in 1917 and the most recent in 2010. In 2026, we will gather again at the Embassy Suites San Marcos, an all-suite hotel.
Room rates are $160 per night (plus applicable fees and taxes), which include complimentary parking, breakfast with a cooked-to-order omelet station for overnight guests who book their accommodations using the Texas Folklore Society link, as well as a complimentary manager's happy hour.
